We can add your business logo, team name, artwork, or anything else you may want to put on a hat and show off!,How To Order:,**It is usually best if you message us before ordering so we can take a look at the design and discuss hat color availability**,1. Choose how many hats you would like and where you would like the design placed. (Placement right is based on looking at the hat from the front).,2. Send us the design you would like to use via contact form messages or email it to us at Admin (AT) StitchRebellion.com We do not charge a digitizing fee and each purchase will include the use of one design on one location of the hat with 10,000 stitches or under. Each extra location added to the hat will incur an extra charge. If the design is over 10,000 stitches there will also be an extra charge. (Most designs are well under 10,000 stitches). It is usually best if you message us before ordering so we can take a look at the design complexity and discuss hat color availability.,3. Once the order has been placed and the design is approved by us, we will then work on getting it made into a stitch file. Once finished we will send you a digital mockup of what the hat will look like before we start making them. Once approved and if you order is for 12 or more hats, we will embroider one hat and send you a picture for you to approve before we put the rest into production. (If you should decide to make changes to the design after the stitch file has been created, there will be an additional charge).,Designs with intricate detail do not work well with embroidery. If the design is very intricate it may need to be simplified to give the best results on the hat. We do not recommend using letters under 0.25" tall as they are not easily legible with embroidery. The max dimensions we can embroider on the front of the hat are 2.25" tall by 5" wide.,There is a $5-20 setup fee for an extra side of the hat logo or text, as well as a $5/hat upcharge for the extra time it takes to stitch. If the extra fee is not paid, the extra text/logo will not be added to the hat.,Processing Time:,Processing time can vary from a couple of days to a couple of weeks depending on the order size and whether or not we need to order the color of hats you would like. When you initially send us the design please feel free to ask us about an estimated time for your order.,**Any Brokerage Fees or Duty owed upon delivery for international orders is the responsibility of the buyer. If these are not paid and the package is returned to us, you will not be given a refund and re-shipment will be at your expense.**,**A single hat does not qualify for free shipping. If add-on listings (like back/side text or design fees) are added to the cart to meet the free shipping minimum, we will send a separate invoice for shipping after the order is placed.**,Richardson Disclaimer:,Due to recent inconsistencies in manufacturing across different Richardson production facilities, Richardson 112 hats may vary slightly in color, material, and overall construction from one production batch to another. While Richardson maintains the same model specifications, these variations are outside of our control.,If consistency in color and construction is a priority, we recommend choosing the Yupoong 6606.,By purchasing Richardson 112 hats, you acknowledge and accept that manufacturing variations may occur.
