We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure 100% workmanship. If any defects or errors occur on our part, we will gladly replace your item free of charge or issue a full refund. Our return and refund policy is valid for 30 days after delivery. Unfortunately, after 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

 

Eligibility for Replacements or Refunds:

We are committed to providing the best products, and you are eligible for a replacement or refund in the following situations:

  • The product is flawed or damaged due to our mistake or shipping issues.
  • The product has printing errors.
  • The received product differs from what you ordered.
  • The product is significantly different from its representation on our website.
  • The product never arrived (please refer to our Shipping Information for more details).

 

How to Request a Replacement or Refund:

To submit a request, please use the Live Chat on our website or email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number/ID.
  • Photos or videos of the defective product.
  • For printing errors, please include clear photos of the issue.
  • For sizing or placement concerns, include a ruler or measuring tape in your photos.
  • If items are missing, provide an image of the received package and the shipping label.

Our customer service team will review your claim, and if approved, we will send a replacement free of charge.

Important Note:

In cases not listed above, we only offer partial refunds (excluding the shipping fee). We do not typically accept refunds or replacements due to:

  • Incorrect address or recipient information.
  • Wrong size, color, or product selection.
  • Damage caused by improper care or use.

 

Cancellations:

You may cancel your order within 5 hours of purchase. After 5 hours, your order will be sent to production, and we will no longer be able to process cancellations or changes. To cancel, please contact us via [email protected] or use the Live Chat on our website.

 

Returns:

Currently, we do not accept returns. However, if your item is defective, you do not need to return it. We will send a replacement at no additional cost. Due to hygiene concerns and the customization of our products, we cannot accept returns unless there is a significant issue as outlined in our replacement/refund criteria.

 

Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, please follow the instructions listed in the How to Request a Replacement or Refund section. If approved, a replacement will be sent free of charge.

 

Late or Missing Refunds:

Refunds typically take 5 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Refund timing to a pre-paid card depends on the issuer of the card. The refund can take up to 30 days to process based on the policy of the issue. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, followed by your bank. There is often some processing time (5 business days) before a refund is posted.

Shipping Issues:

– In case the tracking information reports delivery ( along with the proof of delivery) but the customer does not receive it, there is a high possibility that the package is stolen. For security issues, we DO NOT support refunds/replacement

– We are not guaranteed to deliver your order in timely manner if your order needs design modification as it will take us much longer to modify your design in this holiday seasons.

– If your package is returned because of problems with your address (wrong/insufficient address), we DO NOT support refund or replacement so please check your address carefully before complete your payment
