Refunds

 

The BaubleGift Store works hard to ensure that all our products are made of high-quality materials and shipped on time and accurately. You are fully protected by our Return and Exchanges Policy, which applies for a full 30 days after the purchase date if you are disappointed for any of the following reasons:

– The product itself is flawed.
– The print quality of the product is poor.
– The final product is materially different than the image presented on the product page.

 

Returns and exchanges

 

– We DO NOT accept Returns.

Our products are Made To Order specially for you. We don’t resale any products. That is our promise to you that the item you order is made only for you with Care and Love so we don’t accept Returns.

– We will follow your order exactly so we’re pleased to send you a FREE REPLACEMENT or give a REFUND if there is a manufacturing defect, or if we send you the wrong size/style/design in comparison with the ones that you purchased.

We typically do not accept refunds or exchanges due to incorrect selections of sizes, designs, colors, etc

However, we still support customers with the replacement, but you just need to pay the shipping fee and a small handling fee (the handling fee may vary per type, such as a hoodie or sweatshirt).

– We do not accept refunds or exchanges if the customers give the incorrect shipping information which makes the package gets lost.

Please note once the package is shipped out, we can not change the shipping address so please check all the information carefully before placing your order.

– If you are in any way unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us with the photo of the items you received, and we’ll find a solution for your case because, as we said, your satisfaction is our top priority and our guarantee.

P/S:
– Due to manual measurement, the shirt size may not be accurate to the millimeter, please be generous.
– Please allow the 20% difference between the advertised images and the actual item you received, as sometimes advertised images may be slightly different from the actual item in terms of color due to the lighting during photo shooting or the monitor’s display.

Most of the time, we just re-ship the item at our cost if there’s been any unsatisfactory issue, which is very rare, but you should know anyway, so please don’t worry at all. We are here for you at all times.

 

Cancellations and modifications

 

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of your original order.

Why? Because we ship once every day, if your order has already shipped, we won’t be able to do anything about it until it arrives at your door, in which case you’d send it back and only then would we be able to process the refund.

Please be advised that cancellation or order modification requests to replace a prior, existing, or present order using promo codes are excluded from the cancellation policy. Please see the Coupon, Promo, and Discount Codes section below for more information.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us again.

 

Coupon, Promo, and Discount Codes

 

– Discount, promo or coupon codes are not applicable to prior, existing or pending orders.
– Discounts cannot be converted to cash value.
– Discount codes cannot be used in conjunction to any other promos.

– Errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries are excluded from the refunds policy, but be assured we’ll find a solution together to make it right for you in case it happens, cause we live hectic lives and nobody is perfect, right?
